I was really intrigued by the idea of using hypnosis to help train my mind to make healthier food choices. I did some research and found a local practitioner to work with.

I have to say that I was really surprised at how well it worked! After just a few sessions, I found myself automatically reaching for healthier foods when I was hungry. It was like my subconscious mind had been re-trained to make better choices.
